Edinburgh is getting pretty busy. The streets are full of people handing out fliers and other people posting those same fliers into the nearest bin. In that same spirit we’d like to tell you about our upcoming Edinburgh show with We Were Promised Jetpacks and Sebastian Dangerfield as part of The Edge festival (the music side of the Fringe) on the 21st August at The Liquid Rooms. At the time of writing Tickets Scotland have 2 tickets left in store (I just called them) and when they go the whole shebang will be sold out. We’re really looking forward to it cause we haven’t properly played with the Jetpacks in ages so it’s sure to be a fun little evening! Hope you get the last pair of tickets!
Album’s have been selling really well and we’re so glad that you seem to be liking it! We’ve had a few more really nice reviews and some blog and podcast stuff recently that our followers and friends on Twitter and Facebook will already know about, some of it will be on the Press page of this site. We really enjoyed playing the songs for a whole bunch of you over the last month, and our trip up to Stornoway and Aviemore etc. was some of the most fun we’ve had since probably the last time we were up that way so thanks a lot to everyone who came out to see us! It was great to be back in Glasgow for the first time since the album laucnh show, and Nice ‘n’ Sleazy’s was such a great gig! Cherri Phosphate were super and Randolph’s Leap went from being my new favourite band to being Calum and Mark’s too, and no doubt quite a few other peoples that night.
We’ve got some more gigs coming up soon that we’re pretty excited about but they can wait for another update. In other news our album and ‘Sparks’ single are now available on Spotify! So click the link to get listening and throw some tracks on to your playlists.
The video for The Observer, episode 4 of our web series ‘Live at the Diving Bell Lounge is online now. Click here to watch it. New episodes posted every Tuesday!
Ooh also… we’re getting the old mailing list up and running again it’s been a little bit neglected so make sure you’re signed up by clicking the mailing list link in the sidebar to receive the latest Endor news and occasional freebies and competitions. (If you’ve bought an album via our bandcamp site you’ve already been automatically signed up so don’t fret)
Until next time.
